After processing, shipping times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they may have additional delivery details. If further assistance is needed, our support team is available to help.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event that an item is returned due to incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
